Why Kellogg?

The Women’s Business Association (WBA) at Kellogg is an organization that supports women in achieving their professional and personal goals through a variety of workshops, speakers, and events.  The WBA strives to challenge, teach, and bond its members in a way that is meaningful and lasting.  Please feel free to reach out to any member of the WBA to discuss life at Kellogg and/or the WBA.

Prospective Students

Thank you for your interest in Kellogg and the Women's Business Assocation.

Below are a few examples of our most popular events:

Careers Uncorked: Our flagship recruiting event held in November and attended by companies from a wide range of industries. A great opportunity for 1st year women to network and learn more about companies of interest.

Mentor Program: First year women are matched with 2nd year women with common professional and/or personal interests. Through themed social events, 1st years can benefit from the guidance and advice of their Mentors. Topics range from How to Bid for Classes to Surviving Recruiting Season.

Industry Panels: From finance to consulting, learn what it's like to be a woman in the industry... challenges, career path, work-life balance. Witness firsthand the breadth of the Kellogg alumni network.

Social Events: Each year, the WBA hosts an exciting TG (Kellogg's Friday afternoon happy hour in the Atrium!) and the Cubs Rooftop party, along with numerous smaller social events. These events are great ways to meet new people, both men and women.
