Alumni
The Women’s Business Association (WBA) desires to develop stronger partnerships and relationships between its current members and alumnae, and has two initiatives in place in order to meet this goal.
1. Alumnae Outreach: A new WBA Alumnae Club will help alumnae connect with each other and the school. This club, in addition to the Kellogg Executive Women’s Network (KEWN), will increase the diversity of available opportunities and broaden the level of alumnae engagement. It is similar to other special interest group alumni clubs and is run by alumnae. This will also help the current students create a directory of alumnae interested in serving as WBA resources to support prospective student recruiting, current student/alumnae dinner series, and other on-campus events.
2. Work-Life Balance Taskforce: The taskforce was initiated this year at the request of Kellogg alumnae to 1) determine some of the everyday, practical challenges in trying to achieve work-life balance and 2) develop events and resources to help Kellogg students and alumni in this area. Alumnae information will help the taskforce assess the importance of this issue post-graduation and encourage the development of Kellogg programs to address it.
In order to move forward with these initiatives, we have developed a short 5-10 minute questionnaire that will capture your valuable information and feedback. Please click the link below to take part in this questionnaire.
