Mark Horstman Slides and Presentation
Mark Horstman is managing
partner of Horstman & Company, a leadership and organizational development consulting firm. The firm is particularly interested in the deployment of basic managerial and leadership techniques to first- and second-line managers and directors through its Effective Manager Program. He speaks regularly at Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mark is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and following his military career, worked in sales at Procter & Gamble. In his first year there he was Sales Representative of the Year and Rookie of the Year. He also has worked as a corporate recruiter. Mark lives in Fredericksburg, Texas and is the father of three great children: Kate, Travis, and Drake.
