Apartment Sizes and Layouts

McManus apartments come in five variations:

• Twin studio (“B style”): Two roommates, each with their own bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. No common living space.
• Two bedroom with living room (“D style”): Two roommates, each with their own bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Also, common living room to share.
• Single studio (“A style”): Single student. One room that contains kitchen and bedroom.
• One bedroom (“E or C style”): For couples, families with small children, and single students who want more space (if available). One bedroom and separate living room.
• Family (“D style”): For students with children. Two bedrooms and separate living room.

Please note that there can be variations even within specific apartment types.

Rental Rates

Rent includes all utilities except for international long distance calls.
