Apply Online

To apply for housing, complete the online application or contact Fran Langewisch at f-langewisch@kellogg.northwestern.edu or 847-491-2828. Please note that acceptance of this application does not guarantee that housing will be provided.

All admitted students will have access to the online housing application in early April. Students who have submitted their tuition deposit to our admissions office indicating their intent to enroll, and who have also submitted their McManus Living/Learning Center applications by May 1, will be randomly assigned a lottery number. Apartment assignments will be made according to the lottery numbers. Students who submit their applications after May 1 will be assigned apartments on a first-come, first-served basis. If we are unable to accommodate all the requests, a waiting list will be established and assignments will be made from the waiting list throughout the summer.

You will be notified of your apartment assignment via e-mail. You must then confirm the assignment by submitting your $300 housing deposit to the University Housing Office. Once the deposit is received, you will be sent an e-mail link to your online housing contract so that you can sign and submit it.
