I understand and agree that any vehicle remaining in a parking space for which payment has not been made will be subject to towing at the expense of the vehicle’s owner.  I further understand and agree (a) that any vehicle remaining 30 days after the termination of a parking plan will incur storage charges, (b) that any vehicle remaining 90 days after the termination of a parking plan will be deemed abandoned; in such event, the vehicle’s owner forfeits all claims and surrenders title to the vehicle, and (c) that I must present proof of my vehicle’s current registration and insurance to the Student Affairs office in order for my application to be processed.
