Pre-Contracted Event Venues
Please note that:
- You must make a tentative reservation at the venue before submitting the "Event Planning Form". Submit any venue contracts to groupeventsupport@kellogg.northwestern.edu as well (if venue requires one) 15 business days in advance of the event..
- Never put any money down. Payment can only be made after approval is granted.
- Each event still requires prior approval (Submit "Event Planning Form" 15 business days in advance of event).
- Approved status is subject to change based on current contract expiration.
To Start, here is a list of venues that will not sign our rider, and therefore, cannot be used:

- Rock Bottom Brewery
- Union Pizza
- Mid-America Club
