Fill out and submit this form to firstname.lastname@example.org for approval of your event. Please make sure to submit no later than 15 business days in advance of the event.
Pre-Contracted Event Venues List
This page contains a list of venues that have been pre-contracted with the University, and therefore have a shorter turn-around time for approval than other venues. Use this as a guide when selecting a venue to book your event. Then, submit the above "Event Planning Form" to begin the approval process.
