Description
DealScan is a database of deal terms and conditions on loans, high yield bonds, private placements,and hybrid financing structures originated globally since 1988 through 2003. Information includes borrower, lender, purpose, amount, fees, covenants, financials and more. As of 2003, there weere more than 130,000 loan and bond transactions in the database
