ANDREW SFEKAS

Andrew Sfekas joined Kellogg in September 2005 as a Research Assistant Professor in the Center for Health Industry Market Economics. He has expertise in the use of administrative health care data as well as individual survey data related to health behavior. He can also offer assistance in the use of Stata and Matlab. Andrew earned his Ph.D. in economics from Cornell University in summer 2005. Prior to his graduate work, he was a research associate at the Research Triangle Institute in North Carolina. His current research areas are hospital markets, cigarette demand, and the effects of health events on income and savings.
