Industry Projects

The Center works on a project basis with leading retailers and manufacturers to improve marketing and retailing practices. Groups of sponsoring companies fund Center consulting, research and application of information technology in the areas of database marketing, category management, micromarketing, revitalization, and promotion analysis.

Reengineering Category Management

  • Project to improve category management and trade marketing processes in the grocery, drug and mass retail channels.

Database Marketing

  • Project to develop and implement database marketing capabilities in a large scale retail drug chain.
