Welcome to the Center for Operations & Supply Chain Management

Mission Statement
The Center for Operations and Supply Chain Management was established in 2004 to organize the Kellogg School’s research and pedagogical activities in these essential subject areas. The Kellogg School’s Operations and Supply Chain Management programs, led by an accomplished group of nine faculty members, have historically ranked among the nation’s best. The director of the Center is Prof. Martin Lariviere.

The Center is responsible for:

  • The facilitation of research interaction with other schools and with industry.
  • Promoting Kellogg School activities related to the Operations and Supply Chain Management fields, such as seminars, the biannual Operations workshop and last summer’s MSOM event.
  • Providing a window to the work being done by the Center’s associated faculty members, including their research and teaching efforts.

The Center is located on the fifth floor of the Donald P. Jacobs Center at 2001 Sheridan Road in Evanston and is part of the Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences Department.
