"Tactics for Managing Supply Uncertainty"

Abstract

This talk will focus on the management of supply uncertainty, with a
particular emphasis on supply disruptions. We will discuss such tactics
as inventory, sourcing, volume and mix flexibility, pricing, and
insurance. Findings from a number of papers will be presented along with
potential directions for future research in this area.
