The Kellogg Executive Scholar’s Certificate Program has made a difference in my life both personally and professionally. Through challenging and energizing programs which have encouraged reflection on practice, I believe I have enhanced my abilities as a leader and have continued to use what I've learned to improve my organization. As Executive Director for the Center for Independent Futures, a developing nonprofit organization, I found the information to be relevant to our organization’s needs.
