Maintaining the financial sustainability of a nonprofit organization is one of the most crucial roles of the board. This program will help participants develop the analytical ability to look at the revenue and expense sides of the organization, identify threats to the financial sustainability of your organization, and how to respond to those threats and learn to think about current assets and ways to leverage those assets for the future.
