We specialize in problems at the intersection of business and society, where each member's firm's performance and reputation is impacted.
The Ford Network is enabled by:

The Ford Network currently facilitates a focus area around the theme of Health and Well-Being. We are also a hub for world-renowned thought leadership in Reputation Management. In the past we have facilitated the development of focus areas around risk/benefit communication in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors and electricity markets.
How We Work
The Ford Network is fueled by three primary areas of practice.
- Learning: Workshop and innovation lab design and facilitation. Collaboration across network members.
- Thought Leadership: Tools, decision-making frameworks, assessments, white papers, interviews, webinars, books and other practical multi-media products that combine scientific research and best practices to be applied in practice.
- Research: Theoretical, experimental, and action research using multiple data sources to design models and implications for best practices.

The Ford Network Team
Dr. Jean Egmon, Director and Professor at the Kellogg School of Management, with Alison Niederkorn, Associate Director, lead the Ford Network. They have a background bridging between the translating across academia and practice. Their research and expertise stem from a blend of management science and cognitive science. Prior to formation of the Ford Network, they founded the Center for Learning and Organizational Change within the School of Education and Social Policy, as well as the Complexity in Action Network within the Northwestern Institute on Complex Systems. Beyond their work with the Ford Network, they also advise companies around innovation, organization transformation, and change initiatives. Various researchers from Kellogg, industry leaders, and practitioner scholars also contribute to the community.
