Please join us our 5th Biennial Teaching Workshop featuring faculty from Kellogg and Northwestern University's Law School. Sessions will focus on negotiation: deal making, dispute resolution, culture, ethics, multi-parties, and decision making: trust, teamwork decision making, and team dynamics. Instructors stress how to maximize the learning experience for your students. The purpose of the workshop is to share teaching exercises and techniques with faculty from other schools. Participants will have the option to register for sessions in the negotiation track, the teams track, or to mix up tracks. For more information on the topics covered in each track, please see the workshop schedule. We have also added an demonstration of our new Group Assigner software.

Location
Will be held on either the Chicago or Evanston campus.

Registration Fee
The registration fee is $325. This all-inclusive fee includes all materials, including the 2010 Negotiation, Teamwork, and Decision Making Exercises CD, continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and final reception. Hotels
You will be responsible for your own transportation and hotel arrangements however, we have several suggestions. We recommend that you search one of the discount travel search engines available and see if you can find a good rate for a hotel located in the North Michigan Avenue area.

Here is a local search engine for a list of hotels located in the North Michigan Avenue area. Select "Chicago-N. Michigan" in the drop down menu.

We also recommend the Allerton Hotel, 312-440-1500,or the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 312-787-3777. Please mention you would like to see if they have "Negotiated Northwestern University" Rate available for your dates of travel. For assistance, contact Nancy McLaughlin
n-mclaughlin@kellogg.northwestern.edu.

Restaurants
For information about restaurants in the Chicago area, visit the Chicago Reader Restaurant Guide or the Choose Chicago Dining Map. Please keep in mind that downtown restaurants are crowded Saturday nights; making dinner reservations is strongly suggested.

Transportation and Parking
Chicago is served by O'Hare International and Midway airports.

One-day parking at the Northwestern Law School is available at specific area lots only (PDF 57.2 KB). You may request a parking sticker at the check-in table. The sticker should be placed on the parking ticket when you leave the parking lot. One sticker is good for one 24-hour time period. There is no additional fee.

Additional Overnight Parking Options
Parking can be found around Northwestern University's Chicago campus. Parking costs from 1-4 hours range from $7-17; 5-24 hours fees can range from $15-24 or more. Please refer to this map for parking lot locations. (Public parking lots are marked with a circled "P".)
