Clinical Professor Position in the Kellogg School of Management

The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University invites applications and nominations for an open-rank clinical faculty position within the Dispute Resolution and Research Center (DRRC). This position involves a combination of teaching within the negotiation curriculum, curriculum development, and administration of the case writing program. The faculty member would also serve as the executive director of the DRRC.  In this administrative role, the position would provide leadership to the center staff in their management of teaching materials and distribution, the DRRC certificate program and evaluation of regularly scheduled award, grant and sponsorship requests. The executive director will also work with other Kellogg faculty to oversee the post-doc program and coordinate other DRRC research activities.

Primary selection criteria include a history of teaching negotiations at the MBA level, a commitment to teaching excellence, and an ability to enhance the department’s teaching portfolio. Experience with case writing is preferred. A PhD in a social science discipline, such as management, psychology, or sociology, must be in hand or expected by employment start date.
