Students / Alumni

A team from Kellogg’s Evening & Weekend program bested four other MBA teams to win the competition sponsored by Coca-Cola, one in a series of annual case competitions speaheaded by GMP associate director Richard Wilson.

Students

For students, the GMP stages and facilitates University-based events that provide access to the latest advances in marketing theory and practice and invite them to generate their own new thinking about current topics within marketing. For instance, the Center helps organize research-focused meetings with faculty. And each year, it mounts a corporate-sponsored case competition on a high-profile business problem.

The most recent competition benefited from active participation by Target Corporation and focused on challenges facing strong legacy retailers as the electronic video game market migrates to the Web. For more, see Global Projects.

Alumni

The Center reaches out to alumni wishing to participate in student events and faculty research, either acting on their own behalf or as representatives of larger organizations. If interested in sponsoring a case competition, experiential student learning project, or new faculty research please Contact Us.

Alumni are also invited to attend on-campus marketing events, notably the annual  Kellogg Marketing Conference, for which the Center provides faculty guidance and support.
