Kotler, Marketing Management, 11th edition, Prentice Hall, 2003. This is a terrific reference book that you could easily use in the future. An alternative book that you might use for background is Kotler’s  A Framework For Marketing Management 2nd Edition, which is a condensed version of the 11th edition textbook. This would be suitable for someone who preferred more of a handbook.

Attendance is mandatory for the first class meeting!
