PETER CHMIELEWSKI
Overall Chair
For the past five years, Peter worked as a design architect for Perkins+Will in Chicago. Peter is a LEED Accredited Professional and spent the majority of his time leading design teams for large design projects abroad; most significantly in the Middle East. At Kellogg, Peter is Majoring in Real Estate and International Business. This summer he interned with Hines in their Chicago office working on various real estate development and acquisition projects throughout the Midwest region. Peter served as the Team Leader for Kellogg’s Global Initiatives in Management Brazil program and will be attending FVG in Sao Paulo as part of Kellogg’s exchange program in the Winter of 2012. Peter has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.

TOM BOYLAN
Logistics Chair
Before Kellogg, Tom worked as a developer for Clark Realty Capital in Arlington, Virginia. The majority of Tom’s experience focused on military family housing and sustainable development in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Tom is a LEED Accredited Professional and delivered the first LEED Platinum facility in the military at Fort Belvoir, VA in 2009. At Kellogg, Tom is majoring in Real Estate Management, Finance, and Social Enterprise. This summer he interned with Jones Lang LaSalle in their Chicago capital markets group working on office investment sales throughout the Midwest region. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University.

LEE EISENSTEIN
Speakers Co-Chair
Lee has a wide range of real estate experience having worked in management, receivership, development, and finance. Prior to Kellogg, Lee spent four years working for Kargil Development, managing a series of residential and mixed use developments, in addition to valuing new acquisition opportunities. Before joining Kargil, Lee worked at LaSalle Bank underwriting new and existing real estate investments and middle market business relationships. Lee is Majoring in Real Estate, Finance and Entrepreneurship while at Kellogg. Over the summer, Lee interned at Vi (formerly Hyatt Classic Residences) where he focused on customer valuation and marketing strategy optimization. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.

TED FAHEY
Speakers Co-Chair
Ted has four years of experience in real estate finance and investment management. Most recently, Ted worked in acquisitions and portfolio management roles for Boston-based Taurus Investment Holdings and CrossHarbor Capital Partners. Before Taurus and CrossHarbor, Ted focused on lodging M&A as an investment banking analyst with Citigroup’s Real Estate & Lodging team in New York. Ted is Majoring in Real Estate, Finance and Management & Strategy during his time at Kellogg. Over the summer he interned in the Chicago office of Eastdil Secured, specializing in office and retail investment sales in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Wake Forest University.

MICHAEL FISHBEIN
Finance Chair
Prior to business school, Mike was a Vice President at Natixis Real Estate Capital in New York, where he was responsible for evaluating real estate credit and structuring loans, both for Natixis’ balance sheet portfolio and for sale into commercial mortgage-backed securities. During his time at Natixis, Mike also focused on asset management for distressed properties and portfolio management. Prior to joining Natixis in 2007, Mike was an analyst at Fitch Ratings where he modeled property cash flows in CMBS new issuance. At Kellogg, Mike is majoring in Analytical Finance, Real Estate and Management & Strategy. This summer, Mike interned at PCCP, LLC in New York, where he worked on value-added debt and equity investment opportunities. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University.

PATRICK HOYLE

Prior to Kellogg, Pat served as project architect with Lindsay Newman Architecture & Design in New York City. In his five years with the firm, Pat guided a variety of projects spanning residential, commercial and cultural product types. At Kellogg, Pat is concentrating in Real Estate Management and Finance. This summer, he interned with the acquisitions and development team at Related Midwest, working on a number of high-profile transactions in the Chicago area. Pat is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.

MICHELLE RUBIN
Marketing Chair
Michelle spent the past four years working as an analyst for LaSalle Investment Management, a real estate private equity firm, focusing primarily on portfolio management for a series of value-add funds. At Kellogg, Michelle is majoring in Real Estate, Finance, and Marketing. This summer, Michelle interned with Caesars Entertainment Corporation in their resort development group working on new casino developments for the organization. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where she majored in Finance.
