Over-All Chair

Before enrolling at Kellogg, Scott worked at a boutique investment bank specializing in municipal finance. He also is a VP of the Kellogg Real Estate Club and is pursuing majors in real estate and finance. This past summer, Scott interned with Related Midwest's development group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bo Cromelin

Finance Chair

In addition to his work on the conference, Bo is a director of the Kellogg Real Estate Club. This summer, Bo interned as a summer associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Lazard. Prior to Kellogg, Bo worked in commercial real estate development and investing at Trammell Crow Company. Bo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Zara Berengut

Logistics Chair

In addition to her work on the conference, Zara is Careers Chair of the Kellogg Real Estate Club and President of the Kellogg Hospitality Club. This summer, Zara was an MBA Strategy intern at Starwood Hotels. Prior to Kellogg, Zara was an Associate in the Municipal Securities Division at Citi focused on structured lending and investing transactions for their low income housing tax credit equity and affordable housing bond portfolio. Zara holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.

Rupesh Kumar

Marketing Chair

Prior to Kellogg, Rupesh worked with Jones Lang LaSalle in their project management business in Mumbai. His last position was as an Assistant Vice president in strategy and business development group before which he worked in construction project management. He interned at URS Corporation in their Corporate Strategy group this summer. Rupesh is the VP of Academics in the Real Estate Club, and holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.

Sean O' Grady

Speakers Co-Chair

In addition to his work on the conference, Sean is a co-president of the Kellogg Real Estate Club. This summer, Sean interned as a summer associate in JP Morgan's Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group and he will be rejoining the firm full time upon graduating from Kellogg. Prior to Kellogg, Sean worked in commercial real estate lending at Anglo Irish Bank, LNR, and NewStar Financial. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Williams College.

David Smith

Dave is a third year JD-MBA candidate at Northwestern University Law School and the Kellogg School of Management. This past summer Dave interned as a Summer Associate at Lone Star Funds / Hudson Advisors in Chicago. Prior to Kellogg, Dave was a Senior Associate in Acquisitions and Finance at CityInterests, an urban real estate developer, operator, and investor in Washington DC. Before CityInterests, Dave was an Analyst in the Investment and Development group at CIM Group and an Analyst at Wells Fargo's Real Estate Group, both in Washington DC. Dave is Director of Marketing of the Kellogg Real Estate Club and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Nick Bryer

Nick is a second year MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management. He interned as a Summer Associate Vice President at CIM Group, LP in Los Angeles. Prior to Kellogg, Nick was an Associate in the Acquisitions group at Beacon Capital Partners in Boston. Nick is Co-President of the Kellogg Real Estate Club and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Colorado at Boulder.
