Availability
Capital IQ is only available to authorized members of the Kellogg School of Management, on campus or remotely, and requires registration for a personal account. Individual accounts are required, but immediate temporary access can be provided by staff in the Career Resource Center.
Accounts are only granted to current students registered with the Career Management Center and faculty/staff/doctoral students conducting academic research. To obtain an account, contact Kara Moore. Please provide her your name, NetID, and, if student, year of graduation.
Note: Student access is only available during the academic year, no summer access. Student access to Capital IQ is intended strictly for research related to coursework and job search. Use of Capital IQ for the benefit of any for-profit organization will be in violation of our license agreement. Do not log into your Cap IQ account at your place of work (IP’s are tracked and accounts will be blocked if in violation).
Description
Capital IQ is a web based application that provides access to corporate information and financials of public and private companies, financial transactions and professionals. In terms of coverage, Capital IQ is restructed to active companies, with series going back to about 1992. In addition, this product also includes some macroeconomic data.
