Professor Walter "Wally" Scott
Professor Walter "Wally" Scott has been a great friend and advisor to the Austin Scholars over many years. He joined the Kellogg faculty in 1988 and has taught classes in leadership and board governance of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to coming to Kellogg, Professor Scott was a senior partner at Lehman Brothers, CEO of several businesses, and served as a senior level in the Federal government. Professor Scott regularly offers his sage advice on leadership and connects Austin scholars with business leaders in his formidable rolodex.

Professor Harry Kraemer
Professor Harry Kraemer is an invaluable advisor to the Kellogg Austin Scholars, and a Kellogg graduate from the class of 1979. He is an executive partner with Madison Dearborn Partners and a Clinical Professor of Strategy at Kellogg School of Management. His achievements include a 23-year career at Baxter International Inc., becoming chief executive office in 1999 and chairman of the board in 2000. Professor Kraemer’s course on Managerial Leadership is one of the most popular courses at Kellogg, and he is the author of two best-selling books on leadership.
