Campus Visit Activity Descriptions
Class Visits

Learn from our distinguished faculty and experience a Kellogg class. Our class selection varies from day to day. Some examples are Biomedical Marketing Strategy, Game Theory and Strategic Decisions, Finance, Operations Strategy, and Product Management for Technology Companies.

Information Session
Information sessions are hosted by an admissions officer and are best for visitors in the early stages of their MBA research. This session will provide you with a general overview of the Kellogg curriculum, global opportunities, Career Management Center services, culture and admissions application information. If you have already attended an offsite information session, the information covered is the same and we recommend taking advantage of class visits instead during this time

Day in the Life Tour

Join us for a tour of the Jacobs Center led by a Kellogg student. The tour is focused on providing an
in-depth view of student life at Kellogg. During the tour, you will see Kellogg from the student perspective and learn about Kellogg's culture, Evanston, academics, housing, interviewing, student organizations and much more.

Lunch with Kellogg Students
Enjoy lunch and engage with current Kellogg students. They are eager to chat with you about their experiences and answer any questions you may have. Lunch will be provided.

WBA Coffee Chat

The Women's Business Association (WBA), one of Kellogg's largest student organizations, hosts coffee chats to discuss women's initiatives at Kellogg and opportunities available through the student organization.

Getting Here & Parking

Air
Major airlines fly into both O’Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport. O’Hare Airport is approximately 45 minutes from Kellogg and Midway Airport is approximately 60 minutes from Kellogg, but you may want to allow more time for traffic.

Taxi
Taxi service from both airports can be arranged in advance of your visit for a reduced fare. Pre-arranged rides start at approximately $35 from O’Hare and $50 from Midway. For up-to-date fare information, please contact a taxi service directly.
Parking
We are happy to provide a parking permit for visitors that drive to campus. Upon arriving, park at either the South Campus Parking Garage (1847 Campus Drive) or the North Campus Parking Garage (2311 North Campus Drive.) Before leaving campus make sure to ask the staff for a validated parking ticket to exit the garage.

Public Transportation

The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) maintains an extensive system of elevated trains (also known as “the L”) and buses throughout Chicago and Evanston. The train stop closest to Kellogg is the Purple Line Foster stop on Church and Davis Streets. The 201 bus departs from the Howard St. terminal and stops on the corner of Foster and Sheridan, directly in front of the Kellogg School.

Be advised, while inexpensive, taking the CTA from the airport can take up to 90 minutes and requires transferring trains.
