Chairman, R8 Capital Partners
Bruce Rauner is Chairman of venture capital firm R8 Capital Partners. He is the former Chairman of private equity firm GTCR, where he and his partners helped form and finance the growth of over 200 companies in diverse industries including business services, technology, and healthcare. Prior to joining GTCR in 1981, Bruce worked in strategic consulting with Bain and Company and in economic analysis with Data Resources, Inc.
Chairman, NEA Management Company
Dick is Co-Founder of NEA and is currently Chairman of the NEA Management Company. He was Managing General Partner of the firm through NEA VII when he turned the reins over to Peter Barris and became a General Partner. Since co-founding NEA in 1978, he has been involved in nine companies that have grown from start-up or near start-up stage to companies with market value in excess of $1 billion. Dick continues to work with start-ups such as Tri Alpha Energy, Xtera, SmartDrive, Tabula, Xoom and Movius.
