to The Part-Time MBA Program
Candidates
applying to the Part-Time MBA Program can use one
of two methods to submit an application.
The online application allows the candidate to submit
all components online, with the exception of supporting
documents such as the GMAT and transcripts.
The paper-based application in Word format may be
downloaded, completed and submitted by mail to the
part-time program, with supporting documents such
as transcripts.
Please note that you cannot combine elements of the
online and paper applications. This includes credit
card application fee payment, which is only an option
for candidates who apply online.
The Admissions Committee gives no preference to applications
submitted by either method.

This is a Word document that must be downloaded, completed
and mailed to the Part-Time MBA Program. Please note
that the download version of the application may not
be submitted electronically. Click

Note
regarding application essays |
As of 2/21/08, new essays were added to the
application (online and Word download).
The
changes are related to essay #3 (professional
accomplishment and failure) and #4 (greatest
personal accomplishment).
If
you have already started answering the essays
(in draft format online or the Word download)
you can continue with the former questions
and you do not need to incorporate the new
essays.
If
you start an application after 2/21/08, you
will answer the new essay questions.

Visiting
Graduate Student
If you already have an MBA and are applying to take
three classes at Kellogg as a Visiting Graduate Student,
