Watch Kellogg Senior Fellow Sanjay Khosla discuss global lessons on growth with TheStreet.com

By Paul Dailing

8/26/2014 - Kellogg Senior Fellow Sanjay Khosla spoke to the growth insights he and Mohanbir Sawhney have shared in their new book.

In a recent interview with TheStreet, Khosla talked about the lessons he learned cracking tough international markets as president of Kraft Foods Developing Markets (now Mondelēz International).

He and Sawhney, the Robert R. McCormick Tribune Foundation Clinical Professor of Technology, put those insights — including narrowing focus, creating a virtuous cycle of growth by making bigger and bolder bets, distorting resources against priorities and unleashing the potential of their people — into Fewer, Bigger, Bolder: From Mindless Expansion to Focused Growth (Portfolio).
