up cap, gown and hood in the Louis Room at Norris Center.
If you cannot pick up your cap and gown at this time,
please give your ID to someone who can pick it up for

Campus, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on
how to obtain your cap and gown. Please direct all questions

Lunch
buffet will be served in Jacobs Center Atrium. All graduates,
their families and guests are welcome to attend. No tickets
or reservations are required. |

Students
begin to line-up at Trienen Hall adjacent to
Welsh-Ryan Arena. Line up is in alphabetical order,
so please be on time.
Guests
will be permitted to enter Welsh-Ryan Arena. Be alerted
that the venue is not air conditioned, so please dress
accordingly. |

Procession
begins promptly.
Gown and hood are required.
Convocation
will be simulcast into the OLC Forum at Jacobs Center. |

p.m. |
Immediately
after the ceremony, pick up diploma and return cap, gown
and hood at Gate S on the west side of stadium. Diplomas
will not be given out until the end of the ceremony. |

p.m. |
Informal
reception in Levy Atrium at Jacobs Center. Beverages and
hors d'oeuvres will be provided for graduates, families,
friends, faculty and staff. Our last time to be together.
