Welsh-Ryan arena is not air conditioned, so for guests that prefer to stay in an air conditioned environment, we are simulcasting the convocation into OLC Forum in the Jacobs Center. There is ample room for all guests that wish to stay indoors for the ceremony.

Handicapped Services
There will be designated handicapped spaces at Welsh-Ryan Arena on the Mezzanine level.  Ushers will escort those needing assistance to the elevators and the handicapped areas.

There will be wheelchair accessible shuttle buses transporting guests from Jacobs Center to Welsh-Ryan Arena - from lunch to the convocation and back to the reception. 

Closed captioning will be available throughout the convocation ceremony for the hearing impared.
