TeaMBAnk
The
Kellogg School Resource for Team Development and Excellence
Leadership
Development Series Seminars
TeaMBAnk
is a centralized repository of team and leadership resources
created exclusively for Kellogg MBAs. In collaboration with
the Business Leadership Club and sponsored by the Kellogg
Team and Group (KTAG) Research Center, the TeaMBAnk offers
the Leadership Development Seminar series.
The TeaMBAnk
Leadership Development Series supports team leadership by
providing development tools to help Kellogg students to become
extraordinary team leaders. Research suggests that 75% of
leaders fail within 10 years. The main reason is a lack of
self-awareness and ongoing skill development. Therefore, Kellogg’s
Leadership Development Series is based on two leadership principles:
(i) Extraordinary leaders understand who they are and draw
out the very best from themselves and those who they lead.
(ii) Extraordinary leaders are skilled at building quality
professional relationships at work. The goals of the Leadership
Development Seminar series are summarized below:
1.
To help you understand yourself better so you become
more effective in your current situation and prepare for
future leadership opportunities
2.
To help you find your leadership potential and help you
nurture your unique strengths, which you could contribute
to your teams and organizations
3.
To help you map out developmental plan to leverage your
strengths and remedy your weaknesses
