TeaMBAnk
The Kellogg School Resource for Team Development and Excellence

Please note: TeaMBAnk will not be offered during the 2008-2009 school year.

Introduction

The TeaMBAnk is a centralized repository of resources created exclusively for Kellogg School MBA students. It offers two services to students aimed at proactively developing team leadership skills and maximizing the Kellogg School's team learning experience. These services include:

  • Leadership Development Series seminars: special team leadership topics related to Kellogg School teams presenting both student and faculty expertise—co-sponsored with the Business Leadership Club.
  • Personalized consulting: analysis of team functioning, access to team research resources, building team management and individual team skills.

TeaMBAnk is staffed by the faculty of the Kellogg Team and Group (KTAG) research center. The goal is to provide tools for Kellogg School students to become better team leaders and team members.

This program is not a replacement for enrolling in the MORS 460 course, Leading and Managing Teams. TeaMBAnk Leadership Development Series seminars offer skill-based training. The MORS 460 class will give you more advanced tools and analytic framework necessary to become effective team leaders and members. TeaMBAnk Leadership Development Series and MORS 460 course are complementary.

Note: The TeaMBAnk service is limited to Kellogg School students only.
