| Please read the following carefully, as you will not be able to change or add to your registration once it is submitted! |
The registration fee covers:
- The Congress Sessions
- Welcome Reception
- Dinner Reception
- Barbeque Luncheon
- Daily Continental Breakfast
- Daily Boxed Lunches
- Morning and Afternoon Coffee Breaks

| The Congress will begin with a welcome reception on Saturday, July 12th at 5:30pm. If you plan on attending, please take advantage of early sign-in at this time. The sign-in desk will open at 5pm. |
| Guests are welcome for both the dinner reception and the barbeque luncheon. Additional tickets can be purchased during registration. |
On campus housing, with optional three, four, and five night stays (no extensions), is available for attendees and will be provided by the Foster-Walker Complex. Foster-Walker is conveniently located across from the Jacobs Center.
- 3-night - Saturday, July 12th - Tuesday, July 15th
$275.00
- 4-night - Saturday, July 12th - Wednesday, July 16th
$340.00
- 5-night - Saturday, July 12th - Thursday, July 17th
$410.00
There are no additional nights available for on campus housing. |
| Parking around the Northwestern campus area is very restricted. A parking permit, required for parking on campus lots, can be purchased during registration for $32.50. |
| Please check the website in the near future for a daily schedule as well as information on a possible off-campus excursion to the renowned Ravinia Park, a beautiful, open-air concert venue just north of Evanston. |
Cancellation Policy:
- Before June 10, 2008 - full refund
- June 11, 2008 - June 30, 2008 - 50 percent refund
- After June 30, 2008 - no refund

When registering:
There are three available registration types:
- Kellogg Student Attendee
- Non-Kellogg Graduate Student Attendee
- Non-Profit Organization Attendee
Members of the Game Theory Society should identify themselves as "Non-Profit Organization Attendee."
Student registrants should identify themselves as "Non-Kellogg Graduate Student Attendee."
Non-members of the Game Theory Society should also identify themselves as "Non-Profit Organization Attendee," and then select the non-member registration box on the second page of registration to pay the additional $100 fee.
