Identifying academic programs, administrative departments and special projects

Academic Programs: MBA, Global Executive MBA and Executive Education

We brand all communications for our Full-Time, Part-Time and Executive MBA Programs and Executive Education with the complete Kellogg School logo. ViewbooksThe Kellogg Executive MBA Program is offered globally in partnership with other management schools around the world. We use the complete Kellogg School logo with an accompanying title for each program. Please consult with MarComm before using the individual program logos. Co-branding with other units at Northwestern University
The Kellogg School also collaborates frequently with departments and programs of Northwestern University. When co-branding communications with another entity at Northwestern, please follow these guidelines.

When Kellogg is the lead partner:

  • Both logos are visually equal in size.
  • Follow Kellogg brand guidelines.

When Kellogg is not the lead partner:

  • Try to achieve equal presence.
  • Share Kellogg guidelines for use of our complete logo.

Co-branding with research centers
The Kellogg School’s research centers are highly valued partnerships between Kellogg and other academic units. Branding for centers can fall into any of the following categories.

When developing a center brand identity, leverage Kellogg’s brand equity:

  • Use complete Kellogg School logo.
  • Follow Kellogg brand guidelines.
  • Treat center name prominently using type from the Helvetica Neue family.


When a center has an existing logo:

  • Kellogg School complete logo is most prominent, or Kellogg and Center are equal with Kellogg logo appearing first.
  • Follow Kellogg brand guidelines.


When there are more than two primary partners:

  • Use the center logo only.
  • The names of the Kellogg School and other institutional entity(s) appear in type.
  • Institutional logos may appear as secondary to the center logo, for example, at the bottom of the page.
