Over the last 15 years Mr. Coballasi has been working as a private equity investor, investment banker and consultant in the United States and Latin America. For the last 5 years, Mr. Coballasi help built the PC Capital franchise into one of Mexico’s leading middle investment banking practices.
Being responsible for the firm’s investment banking practice, Mr. Coballasi sourced and executed buy side and sell side mandates ranging in size from US$10MM to US$500MM for multiple leading private equity firms, corporations and families. Before PC Capital, Mr. Coballasi served as Vice President of FondElec Capital Advisors in New York, one of Latin America’s first private equity firms, where he helped managed a PE portfolio of over US$600MM of mainly telecom and energy investments in Brazil, Mexico and the United States. Before FondElec, Mr.
Coballasi worked as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting/Braxton Associates and served clients in Mexico, Argentina, Central America and the United States. Mr. Coballasi holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
