Andres Bianchi is Chief Financial Officer for LAN Cargo. Headquartered in Chile, LAN is one of the leading airlines in Latin America, with revenues for $4,523 million and net income for $419 million. Based in Miami, Florida, Mr. Bianchi is in charge of the financing planning and financial operations of LAN Cargo and its subsidiaries in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia. The air cargo division accounts for 30% of LAN’s revenues and is one of the pillars of LAN’s successful strategy. Mr. Bianchi joined LAN in 2001 and prior to his current position he served as Head of Investor Relations.
Mr. Bianchi also worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Bianchi holds a Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business, and a B.A. from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
