Alumni Club of Chicago (KACC)

Don’t Miss the Opportunity to Benefit From Your Kellogg Network!

You’ve graduated from the top business school in the country. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to maximize another benefit of your degree! The Kellogg Alumni Club of Chicago (KACC) provides a terrific opportunity to enrich your connections, careers and lives through an ongoing array of social, professional development and networking events that are offered exclusively to Kellogg alumni living in the Chicago area.

The club has four key committees that conduct yearlong activities in the following areas:

Social — Our social events provide relaxing venues to meet Kellogg alums in great Chicago spots. Past events have included golf outings, TGIF happy hours, wine tastings, boat cruises and Ravinia concerts. The club also works to foster close relationships with Kellogg students to help them benefit from the alumni network and integrate them into alumni status.

Professional development — These events provide a great opportunity to advance your professional expertise and contacts by bringing together industry leaders and academic experts with Kellogg alumni. Past events have included industry panels on healthcare and finance, CEO speaker events featuring prominent Kellogg alumni, and marquee Kellogg professors speaking on the latest trends in finance and management. The club provides you with great access to alums at all phases of their career.

Entrepreneurship — Kellogg continues to spawn a host of successful alums who leverage their education into entrepreneurial ventures. The club provides venues to help alumni take their ventures to the next level — from assessing a startup to enhancing established businesses. Activities have included presentations from Kellogg entrepreneurs, like the CEO of OpenTable.com, to presentations by venture capitalists on securing funding.

Community relations — KACC provides ongoing opportunities for Kellogg alumni to serve the Chicago community in which they live and work. The club facilitates nonprofit board connections between alumni and nonprofits, raises awareness of alumni philanthropic activities, and develops opportunities to leverage alumni skills and interests for community outreach projects.
