MBA students combine fun, and funding, for local charity

In the spirit of friendly competition and community service, students from the Kellogg School Part-Time MBA Program hosted the inaugural Charity MBA Cup on Sept. 29. Students from part-time programs at the University of Chicago, DePaul University and Loyola University went head-to-head in events including softball, kickball and tug-of-war. Through their efforts, more than $3,000 was raised for the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The Kellogg team was led by captains Danny Sama, Kevin Kaiser, Chris Serb, Satish Vemula and Xiao Wang.
