Allstate continues its partnership with Kellogg

The Kellogg School is pleased to be continuing its partnership with The Allstate Foundation. Allstate renewed its commitment with a $1,000,000 gift over five years designated to the school's Center for Executive Women (CEW) in support of the Women's Senior Leadership Program (WSLP.) The alliance between the CEW and The Allstate Foundation has resulted in numerous opportunities for both organizations to enhance their current civic endeavors and reach out to address new areas.

The WSLP was developed by the CEW with support from The Allstate Foundation, which has been the exclusive sponsor of the program since its 2004 launch. The program's goal is to advance more women into senior leadership roles. While there are many women at the beginning and middle of the corporate pipeline, few women occupy the top offices.

A portion of the Allstate gift provides scholarships to nonprofit organizations, including to female executives from Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Chicago Battered Women's Network and Junior Achievement of Chicago.

The WSLP benefits both the women who attend the program and their organizations and clients. Program participants become role models and mentors for the people they manage and especially for young female employees. Kellogg deeply appreciates Allstate's commitment to helping women move into senior leadership roles.
