Liese Tamburrino will head the Las Vegas office of Camden Partners as president of the firm. The corporate training firm is reopening offices in Illinois, Nevada and Scotland.

Kenneth C. Bloom has been named president of Chicago-based Sheldon Good Financial Services LLC. Bloom will head a $250-million global lending fund for commercial, industrial and residential real estate owners. Kenneth is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and previously worked as vice president and CFO of the American Girl Co.
