Kellogg Marketing Enrichment Series outlines 'new mindset'

Three of the Kellogg School's most prestigious marketing experts shared their collective wisdom with students during a month-long set of lectures. The Marketing Enrichment Series provided an opportunity to gain insights from top scholars Philip Kotler, Louis Stern and Dipak C. Jain. Held over four consecutive weeks, the program was an intensive survey of some of the critical issues facing businesses and marketing professionals as they compete in a global context. Drawing on decades of their own research and expertise, the professors provided frameworks for managing distribution channels, cultivating innovation and capturing value. "The future of marketing requires a new mindset, one that focuses on the total customer experience," Jain said.
