Class Notes are a venue for Kellogg alumni to connect to each other and get updated on career, family and life events. The notes are published three times a year and are available in print and online in the alumni magazine, Kellogg World.

How do I submit a Class Note? Who is my class representative and how do I contact them?
Class Notes are compiled and edited by volunteer alumni who act as class representatives. You can find your class representative’s contact information in the latest issue of Kellogg World magazine or by visiting

Update your contact information in the Kellogg Alumni Network database to get deadline reminder e-mails from your class representative. To do this, go to the Kellogg Alumni Network http://alumni.kellogg.northwestern.edu/
Log onto your account and click “update profile” to update your preferred e-mail address, contact information and preferences.
You also can submit your information to Kellogg World directly through the submission form above.
What should my note contain?
Any news you may have, including professional advancements, volunteer work, family news, vacations or anything else you think will be of interest to fellow alumni. Also please note that we publish events after the fact (i.e. we will not publish news of engagements and pregnancies).
How can I submit photos?
Submit photos electronically to: a-trang@kellogg.northwestern.edu.
Digital photo resolution must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch), in a JPG format and of an acceptable size for print (at least two inches on each side for a shot of an individual; several inches on each side for a group shot).
Photos can also be submitted by mail. Send them to: Amy Trang c/o Kellogg School of Management, 2001 Sheridan Road, Evanston, IL 60208. We will return the photos.
Also, please include a caption with all photos. For example: From left, Don Smith ’86 with wife Betty and daughter Peggy at Cape Cod.
We require all photos to have at least one Kellogg alumnus present.
What are the deadlines for Class Notes?
Class Notes are accepted at any time. However, the closer to the deadline you submit the news, the more up-to-date the information that will be published.
Class Notes Deadlines for the 2010-2011 issues:
Fall deadline: October 3, 2011
Spring deadline: March 1, 2012
Summer deadline: June 1, 2012
