Scott Ableman

After an enjoyable five years leading a digital transformation at The Teaching Company, Scott returned to his roots in telecommunications, working with former colleagues to build an enterprise marketing organization at GTT. His kids are out of the house, and his wife, Debbie, is trying to prevent the federal government from falling apart as deputy chief counsel at the Federal Labor Relations Authority.

Mark Proudfoot

Mark and Hanne Olsen Proudfoot will celebrate this year with a 12-day cruise to Cuba. Their company, Renkert Oil, has been growing steadily since investing in 2000: It has grown 20-fold with another 15 percent growth expected in 2018. Their four children are split evenly between college and high school. Three are in Reading, PA, and the eldest graduates from University of Southern Denmark in Odense, Denmark, this year.

Sally Sharp Lehman

Sally has recently launched her own consulting practice, Sharp Lehman Consulting, where she provides organizational consulting and executive advisory services to nonprofit leaders in the areas of strategy, organizational effectiveness and implementation planning and execution. Sally’s work leverages her experience as a nonprofit leader, fundraise funder and consultant and has a strong capacity-building and implementation-oriented approach.
