The Kellogg Alumni Club of Boston hosted Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick in early December. After being introduced by Jerry Cohen ’79, Patrick briefly discussed his upbringing in a working-class neighborhood of Chicago, then spent the majority of his time answering questions on topics ranging from the expanding economic opportunity in the Commonwealth to strengthening the state’s transportation infrastructure and investing more resources in early education. The breakfast event drew more than 70 alumni to the Boston Marriott Copley Place. Special thanks to Jerry Cohen for inviting the governor and helping to organize the event.
