Carmen Schrodt WHU-02 and family

After a year and a half maternity leave Carmen Schrodt is re-entering the business world as a freelance business consultant. Carmen's focus is on marketing with a specialty in integrated pricing and revenue management, organizations design and project management. Currently Carmen is engaged in a consulting project on organizational design in an SME software development corporation.

Michael Wiedemann's son Maximilian was born Jan. 6. Michael now works for DHL Global Management GmbH in global marketing and sales in Bonn, while the family still lives in Brussels.

Norbert Breuer and his wife Stefanie welcomed son Max on Nov. 6 in Wuxi, China.

Frauke and Rasmus Frick are the proud parents of daughter Marlene Katharina, born Jan. 16.

After successful completion of the trade sale and integration of webwasher AG into CyberGuard Corp., Christian Matzen has taken on a new opportunity as general manager of vrcom GmbH, the leader in virtual-reality solutions for the automotive and aeronautical industry with customers such as BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen and Airbus.The company is a Fraunhofer spin-off located in Darmstadt, Germany. The focus of Christian's new job will be business and corporate development.
