After fifteen years in technology sales and marketing, Doug Silverstein started Cypress Consulting, which helps IT vendors enhance customer reference programs and IT managers attain visibility of their achievements. Doug is looking to reconnect with Kellogg classmates and build relations with others to network and share ideas on consulting to marketing VPs, CIOs, and IT managers. Contact him anytime at doug@cypress.it or 650.346.8945.

John Rountree was elected principal at The Cambridge Group, a consumer insight driven growth strategy consulting firm based in Chicago. John, his wife Sarah, and their son Brody also finally moved out of the city to Winnetka, as they could not resist the draw of better schools, a big backyard and a never-ending list of house projects. They are embracing their new suburban lifestyle, with Sarah taking Zumba classes at the village community center and John coaching Brody's AYSO soccer team. And despite the mild winter, they even managed to get in a few days of cross country skiing.

Gabriel Biguria reports, "I'm bummed out that I missed you all at the reunion, but glad to hear about the great turnout and that everyone had a blast.

"It's been three years since we moved back down to Guatemala and fortunately, all is going well. My two girls, Isabel (7) and Ana Sofia (5) are growing quickly. On the work front, things are going well at my company Acuamaya with the production and export of farm-raised shrimp. For 2012, we are a little worried with the turmoil in the European region since it is our biggest market, so I will be spending more time diversifying into new markets in the Asian region. I still hope to travel to Europe and catch up again with Jane Coyne in Paris, as we did a year ago!

"On the fun side, I decided last year it was time to become fit again and began running and then training for triathlons. I had a blast doing my first triathlons from sprint and Olympic distances all the way to a Half-Ironman distance race in August. I also ran the Chicago Marathon in October, enjoying many of the diverse Chicago neighborhoods, while having a great time hanging out with John Miniati and his family. This year, I'm now aiming to complete my first full Ironman distance triathlon at the Texas Hermann Memorial Ironman on May 19. In this race, you swim 2.4 miles, bike for 112 miles and then finish by running a full marathon so it will be fun to see how it goes.

"If anyone is training for anything, shoot me an email at gbiguria@gmail.com to compare stories and maybe we can coordinate a future race together. Hope everyone is doing well and also shoot me a message if you ever plan on coming down to Guatemala!"

Hsin-Hsin and Allen Lueth welcomed their third child, Elisa, on Dec. 21. They have been living in Shanghai for more than years, along with Amber (7) and Jonathan (3), as well as their two cats. Allen is still active in bicycling, winning one race in the Shanghai Master's category last year, while Hsin-Hsin worked on the remodeling for their Taipei and Shanghai homes. They've also enjoyed spending time with Sam Hsu, John Yen '97, and Asaf Reshef '00.

Vaiva Vaisnys joined Chicago-based Rightpoint, a new breed digital consulting firm, as the firm's director of people potential. Vaiva will be acutely focused not only on hiring the best talent that Chicago has to offer but also in cultivating a culture that expands our employees' skills and motivates them to reach their full potential. She was previously the director of human potential at Draftfcb, one of Chicago's largest advertising agencies.
