KJL is far more than five days!  At the conclusion of the on-campus session, participants become part of the KJL Leaders Circle.

Rabbis and executive directors can continue long distance learning via an online "KJL Blackboard." A Jewish Text Study Project, initiated by inaugural class rabbis, brings Judaic texts into dialog with values-based leadership principles studied on campus. All colleagues are invited to add to this valuable resource, available to participating organizations.

Continuing Kellogg assistance also may be requested. Volunteer KJL Alumni Partners, Kellogg MBA's with extensive experience, may be requested for project consulting.

In all activities, the sharing of best practices is a priority.
