How to print single-sided on duplex printers

1. Open the document you wish to print.

2. Press CTRL-P or select Print from the File menu.

3. Select a printer from the list of printers.

4. Click the Preferences button.

5. Un-check the box next to Print on Both Sides. Leave the other settings as they are. Your settings should match those shown at right.

6. Click OK, then click OK again to print.

 

Troubleshooting

Please remember that if you are on the KLP laptop, you must run KelloggConnect prior to printing.

If you do not see the "Print on Both Sides" check box above, make sure the Finishing tab is selected at the top of the window.
