After connecting to NU VPN from off campus, you may then connect to Kellogg network drives and print to Kellogg printers. For a complete list of Network Drives, see “Mapping Network Drives”.

Troubleshooting VPN

Using a router to share a high-speed connection:

If you cannot connect to NU VPN from home, make sure your router has been configured to allow VPN-passthrough. Please consult your router documentation for information on accessing the administration control panel.

In addition, home routers typically support only one native Windows VPN connection at a time; therefore, if you have a roommate already connected to VPN, you may not be able to connect.
