Overview

Students spend the first year of the JD-MBA program at the Law School (which operates on the semester system) on the Chicago campus.

Requirements

JD-MBA students are required to take the standard first-year law curriculum, as listed below over 2 semesters.

• Contracts
• Torts
• Criminal Law
• Property
• Constitutional Law
• Civil Procedure
• Communication and Legal Reasoning (2 semesters)
• Two Law School electives designated as open to first year student

Optional

Students are permitted to take a Kellogg course during Kellogg’s spring quarter, provided the course has registrations available.
