Global Health: Overcoming Treatment Barriers

Developing sustainable healthcare solutions in the developing world is major challenge. There are infrastructure challenges (power, water, human resources), political challenges, and competing priorities for resources. Different organizations have found creative and effective ways of overcoming barriers to treatment for global health issues. Such organizations include commercial medical companies, non-profit companies, and academics. This panel will focus on examples of how to improve access to healthcare in resource limited settings in a sustainable way.
